PLAY CLUB presents My Digital Enemy (UK) on Merdeka Eve August 30, 2015.

House music produces from the South Eastern coastal town of Brighton, England, Serg and Kieron of My Digital Enemy are what the house scene has been waiting for, and they’re coming to party with us this Merdeka eve, 30th August. Their fresh approach to production and performance means that nothing is delivered below excellence. The My Digital Enemy studio consistently pipes out quality releases that torm global EDM charts.

My Digital Enemy have been making serious waves in the dance music world over the last three years, their name becoming a term immediately associated with the most cutting edge house music. Consisting of Brighton based Serg & Kieron the duo have been working together on various projects for more than ten years. 2014 was a landmark year for My Digital Enemy. Their single Don’t Give Up was championed by Danny Howard on BBC Radio 1 and Shamen was supported by Pete Tong and Danny Howard in their respective BBC Radio 1 shows; follow up Desire Life was picked up by Universal Music Australia just weeks before their Oz tour giving MDE a major label release alongside their sellout tour. The guys label Zulu Records has been steadily growing since its inception at the beginning of 2012. The label seems to have hit a winning formula which has gained support from industry heavy weights Pete Tong, Duke Dumont, Fedde Le Grand, Fatboy Slim, Chuckie, Roger Sanchez, Hardwell, Steve Angello, Bob Sinclar, Mark Knight, Cedric Gervais, Axwell, AN21, Max Vangeli. The success of Zulu Records prompted the guys to start their second imprint Vudu Records. As well as releasing on Zulu & Vudu Records they’ve also released tracks on Toolroom, Stealth, Spinnin, Great Stuff, Hotfingers, Skint, and more.

With success like this it’s not surprising that in 2014 they deejayed in Japan, Russia, Canada, Indonesia, USA, Australia, Dubai, and of course the UK & Europe. Gig highlights include playing to 10,000 people on the main stage at Oldenbora festival in Germany, playing before Mark Knight at the Toolroom Knights party in Ibiza, New Years Eve 2014 for Ministry Of Sound at Set Club in Canada and a sell out night at the globally famous Gatecrasher Birmingham alongside Afrojack.

Brought to you by Art Xtreme Media with handy support at the gig at Play from (in alphabetical order): Adib, Arzuk, Kuma, Lish and Shaheed Naz.
